A perfect match for unlocking valuable capital.

Our customer wanted to unlock £60,000.00 tied up in their business asset whilst retaining use of the asset. In this case our refinance product was perfect. We quickly established that the customer had title to the asset, our team valued the asset and made an offer to finance over a sixty month term. Our offer was accepted, Bute’s team prepared documentation and performed an asset inspection. The whole transaction from start to finish took less than one week.

 
 

Facilitating start-up launches and rapid growth.

An exciting new start business had developed a B2B FinTech app - the company now required some additional funding to complete the software development and to launch the business. The requirement was £100,000 over a twelve month term. We established that the company was well supported by Shareholders and that the Directors had a wealth of experience in their sector. The funding was quickly agreed and the loan drawn down in two tranches.

A unique approach to Hire Purchase.

An enquiry came in from an appointed broker regarding a customer in the hospitality and leisure sector who had suffered during the lockdown. The customer decided to take a different approach investing in a mobile coffee and food retail truck. The cost of the truck was £14,000.00, rather than tie up valuable working capital the customer sought to spread the investment over a thirty six month term. Our underwriting team quickly established the business was viable Pre Covid-19 and that the owners had experience in this sector. An offer was presented to the broker who worked with the customer and their supplier to ensure the transaction was quickly executed - enabling the customer to start generating revenue.

 

Aligning investment with income.

A motorsports team was seeking to finance a brand new race car from a manufacturer, the team planned to use the vehicle for two seasons and then sell on. Using our Hire Purchase Agreement with Balloon the customer was able to align their investment with income generated by the asset. The value of the vehicle at the end of the agreement was broadly known and the balloon aligned accordingly.
